2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made online through our website or via customer service.
- No online payment required, no credit card needed.
- Payment is made upon delivery of the vehicle.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or no refund.
4. Vehicle Pickup and Return
- Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time.
- Free airport pickup at Agadir, Marrakech, and Essaouira airports.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- The car must be returned in the same condition it was rented, with the agreed fuel level.
5. Insurance and Liability
- Standard insurance is included, but additional coverage options are available.
- Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.
- Theft, accidents, or damages must be reported immediately.
6. Use of the Vehicle
- Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
- The renter is responsible for all fines and penalties incurred during the rental period.
7. Additional Services
- Optional add-ons such as GPS, child seats, and additional insurance are available.
- Free airport pickup and drop-off services.
8. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during booking is used for rental purposes only.
- We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
- Mohi Cars reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
